SPARCstation 1/MacIIcx floppy exchange

Does anyone have a way for me to exchange data on floppies between a
SPARCstation 1 and a Macintosh IIcx?  Currently the SPARCstation can only
format floppies with a Unix filesystem or with raw data such as tar or
dump, and the Mac can use either Macintosh or PC format disks.

I can use a solution that runs on either the SPARCstation or the Mac.
