Suns as root servers

Well, since someone took the time to tell how we use a sun workstation for
ns.nasa.gov, there is a bit of clarification that should happen.

Yes, ns is a sun (3/60 to be precise), and yes, it performs the root
server function much better than the 11/780 vax that used to do it.

However, we also had to dump much of the sun networking software for
things to work.  So one should be careful in such claims.  After all, the
network is the computer. :-)
