Ciprico Rimfire as bootable device

I have performed the following exercise on a Ciprico RF3223 with a Sun
688MB disk attached with the Sun cables:

1. run munix and format xy0 (really rf0, but it worked)
2. run miniunix from the b partition and install 4.0 with root on
xy0a (Generic kernal boots and runs at about the speed of a real
   xy451)
3. install 4.0.3 upgrade on xy0
4. build a custon kernal with support for "rf" and root on rf0.
5. boot new system (still from xy(0,0,0)...). The kernal loads, the
rf configures, and the disk suddenly speeds up as the rf driver starts
to do its thing rather than the xy driver.

It seems that the Ciprico emulation is COMPLETE in that it not only
allows one to call the thing an "xy" all the way through running multi-
user, the emulation also slows the disk down to where it would be with
a real xy451. I like the controller.
