Yellow Pages and 4.0.3 Suninstall complaints (for the record)

1. The installation procedure for Yellow Pages on p. 106 is incorrect.
(Ch. 14, System and Network Administration Addenda)  Procedure in the
manual is *reversed*!  The "-m" flag should be given for the first
invokation of ypinit, not the second.

2. /var/yp files do not get copied from neither the 4.0.0 nor 4.0.3 tapes
during the installation procedure.
