ftpd -l -- doesn't seem to work.

Since I went from SunOS 4.0.1 to 4.0.3 I have been unable to get ftpd to
log anonymous sessions.  I set everything as it was with 4.0.1, and I
lose.  Has anyone else encountered this?  Any success?
