Maximum filesystem size?

If all goes well, I'm about to acquire a shiny new 1.2GB disk to plug into
a Cirprico Rimfire 3222 controller on my Sun 3/260, which is still running
SunOS 3.5

In an ideal world, I'd like to make the entire gigabyte into a single huge
filesystem (no, don't ask why -- just trust me when I say I need to do it
that way).  Does anyone know for sure whether this is possible?  Does
anyone know for sure what the official limit is on filesystem size in
SunOS 3.5?   The practical limit??
