reader, de-digestifier for sun-spots

Is there a friendly reader for the sunspots digests?  Before I build my
own, I thought I would ask.  What I would like would something that would
put the digest either in a format compatible with "mail -f" or a stand
alone shell script or program that would allow me to see the subject lines
and then select the messages to read.
