Video Hardware For Suns

I am looking for some kind of video boards for Suns. I need some kind of
device taking Video input (Pal/Secam preferred) and could display it on
the Sun monitor. The main functionnality I need is to be able to give the
hardware a mask, an offset and a clipping region in order to display the
live video while working in my own window may be overlaping the video
area.

I have heard of the Parallax viper VideoGraphics board, and of the
announcement of the Sun Video product.

Does anyone have any experience with these products or any other similar
products. I'd also appreciate information on dealers of such products.
