UUCICO in slave mode

When running UUCICO in slave mode, the system name is apparently not being
attached to the HERE message.  Consequently, the sending system doesn't
recognize my system and the startup fails. If I execute uname -n, my
system name is returned correctly; why isn't it attached to the HERE
message?  On every other system with which I've communicated, the system
name is attached to the HERE message.

I'm running Version 4.0 on a 3/60.
