Sun as a DECnet Router

I have a similar question.

I have been told that "SunLink DNI" will provide connectivity between VMS
hosts and Unix hosts. The Sun Price List book has the following one line
description about this product.

"SunLink DNI is a node product that provides VT100 emulation and Phase IV
     end-node DECnet connectivity."

>From this statement I suspect that this product will not serve as a
gateway. Has anyone installed this product and if so, how is it being
used?

Specifically, I would like to use a SPARCserver as a gateway machine, but
it has to be capable of running both DECnet and TCP/IP. Presently, I am
using a MicroVAX II running Ultrix and the DECnet/Ultrix Gateway software
for this purpose. Funds have been released for me to upgrade and I
thought I would buy a DECstation 3100. I would prefer to use the SPARC,
though.

Any comments, suggestions, etc. would be appreciated.

Thanks.
