Toshiba Portable Sparcstation

I plan on being in Japan in August :-( and a colleague has asked me to
attempt to procure a Toshiba portable Sparcstation for our company while I
am there.  Can someone provide information on lead times for delivery,
whether there are dealers in the Tokyo or Osaka area who stock these
machines (their names, if available), approximate cost (Yen is okay),
export controls if any, compatibility of the operating system with Sun
Unix, etc.?
