Setting the timezone without /sys

The timezone stuff is not in /sys.  To set MDT, use:
        rm /usr/lib/zoneinfo/localtime
        ln /usr/lib/zoneinfo/US/Mountain /usr/lib/zoneinfo/locatime
        date
