Contool 3.0, patch 3

This patch brings contool up to version 3.0c.  The patch fixes a few small
bugs, updates some help messages, and adds the "-n" option, which
suppresses console acquisition on startup.  This lets you test contool
when you first create it without disturbing an existing contool.

Because of its size, this patch has been compressed and uuencoded.  You
will need to unshar this file, run uudecode on patch.Z.uu, and run
uncompress on patch.Z.  The resulting file, patch, can then be run through
the patch command to apply the source changes.
