Boss 1.0, patch 2

This patch brings Boss to version 1.0b.  It fixes several small bugs and
nits, and clarifies copyright restrictions on the Boss source code.

Because of its size, this patch has been compressed and uuencoded.  You
will need to unshar this file, run uudecode on patch.Z.uu, and run
uncompress on patch.Z.  The resulting file, patch, can then be run through
the patch command to apply the source changes.
