Booting an XStation 120 from non RS6000 systems

There's an article on the XStation 120 in the IBM publication
IBM RISC System/6000 Technology. In this article IBM says that you can boot
the Xstation from other hosts after the boot software has been loaded onto it.

I know that the official IBM position is: The Xtstaion can only be booted
from a RS/6000 system. And there will be a possibility for AIX/PS/2 later
this year.

So what do you have to do to boot the XStation from another host, e.g. a
PC/RT. Is it enough to load the X-Server software onto that host and
port bootp? The article in the book says they are using it for
booting. Or are there other peculiarities that have to be dealt with?
Anybody knows or has even tested it?

Please respond by email, I'll summarize if there is the need.

Thanks in advance!
