AIX 3.1: ? bugs that prevent multi-user functionality

Has anyone experienced any problems on an RS/6000 under AIX 3.1
that have to do with building multi-user software?

Is there any truth to the rumors that AIX 3.1 has problems with
Yellow Pages, NFS or Dialects?

Is there is anyone who has any experience with such problems,
especially software developers who might be having trouble
getting their multiuser applications out on time?
