Hallelujah !!!!

I always found it a little silly to call the 1-800 number for Software
Defect Support, give them very little info (customer number & software),
be transferred to another group, explain the problem, and then wait
while the other person gathered her thoughts.  This e-mail service looks
much more efficient.  The ability to include actual command lines &
error messages in the bug reports will probably help IBM alot.
