For those of you who may have RISC System/6000s with the new AIX 3.1.5
CD-ROM, there is a part of the CD-ROM database that is not automatically
enabled. It contains documentation for AIX Ada/6000, including a hypertext
version of the language reference manual (LRM). All the "References:"
entries can be clicked on to jump to the appropriate section.

You should also be able to access this material from another machine
networked to a RISC System/6000.

You can search for individual LRM section numbers, but due to the way
InfoExplorer does searches the match may not be exact. That is, a
search for 3.2 can also turn up 2.3. If you restrict the search to
article titles, the list of search hits should be reasonably short and
contain the section you are looking for.

To enable the Ada/6000 portion of the CD-ROM, add the following lines to
the end of the file /usr/info/data/ispaths on the S/6000 (if they are not
already there):

# info Ada/6000 Database #
id 8
name adadocs
title Ada Programming Language
sys /usr/lpp/info/%L/sys.sys
key /usr/lpp/info/%L/ada/ada.key
rom /usr/lpp/info/%L/ada/ada.rom

After doing this, you can jump to any of the Ada manuals from the
InfoExplorer "list of books". If the ispaths file is not set up right,
or the .key and .rom files are not on your system, the book titles will
appear in the list but clicking on them will do nothing.
