A/UX 2.0 initial questions

Install the AppleCD-ROM driver in your MacOS System Folder.  This is the
System Folder from which you first boot your machine.  Don't install it
in any of the A/UX system folders.  See chapter 5 of "Setting Up Accounts
and Peripherals for A/UX."
