netaccess question

I had source for an access-list control mechanism which I'd intended to
install on some IBM/4.3 hosts. However, a flury of disk crashes later
I find I don't have a backup copy of it, nor do I recall where I got it
from. The goal is to provide 4.3 hosts with a cisco-like ability to
limit access to connected networks, based on uid, port, or address. If
anyone can jog my memory I'd appreciate it.

Thanks in Advance.
