`.' in path (was how to put a program into .plan file)

Hmm, thought I had taken it out.  A long time ago I changed my `default'
.cshrc (the one new accounts got back in 1981 when I got my new account)
to take out `.', then put it back at the end because I was not in the
habit of typing `./foo' to run ./foo.  Since then I have acquired this
habit, so I could take it out again....

I suppose this is like sex: you can risk it or not, and if you risk it
you can practise `safely'.... :-)
