User interface tools needed

The Camelot project at Carnegie Mellon University is looking for a "dialog
manager" or "screen manager" that we can use to quickly prototype and
develop user interfaces. We would like a product that allows us to specify
"screen formats" with "data fields" for entry and display of user data.
This product should allow us to specify field types for input fields (e.g.
numeric, string, etc.). A function call would be made to our application
program as each field (or screen) is filled by the user. Our goal is to
interface such a product with "Camelot", a distributed transaction
processing facility which we use for storing shared databases. We prefer
compatibility with 4.n BSD.

Any pointers to such a product would be appreciated.
