Unix usage accounting, with project codes

I'm using SVR3.2 on an AT&T 6386 WGS. We need to be able to track system
usage by project code, so as to be able to charge costs out to the
corresponding clients. Also, there are some programs for which we wish
to charge a premium.

We could probably get by with having a login name for each project
(though multiple users on the same project would all get the same home
directory, etc) or giving each user multiple login names, one per
project. However, something more graceful would be nicer.

Can anyone direct me to a source of related software, or describe how
they have seen it done?  If you send email, I'll post a summary later.
