Yeah, that sounds right.  I wrote a program to do job control for a shell a'
la shl, and backgrounding behaved strangely.

Not that it matters, I should have MGR up and running by the end of the week.
I *still* prefer windows to job control.  (I just hope I can get patches out a
little sooner than I did with the MMDF #43 patches....)
