Raw ethernet packets under Ultrix?

Does anyone know if there is a raw ethernet packet interface
under Ultrix, similiar to NIT under SunOS?  Note, this is NOT
the raw IP packet interface.  I want to read/write ethernet
packets of a specified (other than IP) ethernet packet type.
