Ultrix3.0/Sun OS

   I am trying to find out whether a VAX3600 running Ultrix 3.0
can be used as a fileserver for a diskless Sun workstation
(a 3/60 running the most recent version of Sun OS) for boot,
swap, and file space. I have talked to both the local Sun and
Dec rep's but they point fingers at each other and seem less
then interested in being of assistance.  Comments, suggestions,
will it work, what needs to be done special, etc., etc., would
be most appreciated.
