New MAIL11 protocol info wanted

It looks like DEC have modified the MAIL11 protocol with VMS 5.0 and  Ultrix
3.0.

Does anyone have information on the  new protocol  or do  I have  to go  and
decypher the fiche to get my MMDF decnet channel working again.
