Formatting Fujitsu Eagles under Ultrix 3.0

The 4.3 BSD stand-alone formatting utilities should be able to format the
controller drive combination you mention.  For that matter, there is
no need to "reformat" the drives at all - the low level format is the
same, and even the filesystems need only be fsck'ed (as long as it's
not 4.3 tahoe).
