/usr/ucb/mail, again...

I've been kind of wondering what the bug in /usr/ucb/mail this time around...

The users finally ganged up on me today and pointed out that if you 'r' reply
to a message with a lot of recipients in the "To: " header, such that it has
valid RFC whatever continuation lines, all the continuation lines are ignored,
and only those in the first line are included in the new recipient list.

Yeah, for the record, this is Ultrix 3.1C with the Mandatory patches (RISC).
