The device is called XNA-0 on the 5800's.  You also have to do a little
trick where you rename /usr/etc/nml.031 to /usr/etc/nml so that it knows
about this device.  This is described somewhere in the fine print in the
Ultrix 3.1C release notes.  There are still some bugs even after this
change, but at least you should be able to get decnet up.
