mail11 clone wanted

I got my utk-mail11 from UTKCS2.CS.UTK.EDU (128.169.201.2) some time
ago,  you may be able to get a newer version now.

I had problem with the sendmail 5.61+IDA 1.3.1 on Ultrix 3.1 too.  The
mail just hung and not doing anything. I tried version 1.5 of the
utk-mail11, it didn't help.
Following is the verbose session:

I recall I read somewhere that I have to set some mailer flag to make it
work.(May be I am wrong or seeing things). 

Would someone tell me what that was or how to get it work on Ultrix 3.1 ?
