termios under Ultrix 4.0

Is anyone aware of any outstanding bugs in the termios interface under 4.0?
I've been trying to use ksh under 4.0 on a DECstation and it does some
bazare command reordering using the vi extension.  It also doesn't have
this problem under SunOS 4.1
