Ultrix 4.2

I have no information on Ultrix 4.2, but we are still waiting for
the Ultrix 4.1 update-only, some many months after the release of
Ultrix 4.1 full install.  I have learned to never trust a DEC
release date, even one as widely publicized as the 45 day time.
