DECstation kernel optimization.

Corey satten ( corey at cac.washington.edu ) writes in article #3306
of an enhancement he has written for the DECstation kernel.
In that post, he mentions also an earlier work he did and posted last
september.

As we would like to use those enhancements, could someone be so kind as
to point us the comp.unix.ultrix archive site 
( + post number from september if possible )
or just send us the forementioned post.
