Because several people have asked for this, and because I am unsure
of access to the ARPANET, I am posting this generally:

I have a PWB 1.0 SCCS running on 4.1BSD. Anyone with appropriate
licenses is welcome to it. I am working on bringing up
System III SCCS. It shouldn't be difficult, but I will let
people know when it works.
