Dec support for Unix on 11s??

While browsing through a recent issue of Electronic News, I saw an
article stating that at long last DEC would officialy announce the
immediate availability of an enhanced version 7 unix for all 11
machines. This announcement was supposed to happen at NCC.  In all
the other stuff I've read about NCC I saw no mention of this actually
happening.  Does anyone know what the facts are regarding DEC and
Unix?
