WANTED: 4.2bsd VAX driver for IEEE-488 bus interface

Hello.  I'm looking for a driver that runs under 4 BSD (preferably 4.2) on a
VAX for a DEC IEC11-CA (that's a DEC IEC11-AB, the basic drived, plus the
IEC11-BA DMA option) Bus Interface for the IEEE-488 (GPIB) bus.  Failing that,
any 4 BSD driver for any IEEE-488 device will do.  (We have a very old and
crufty 11/70 driver for it; does anybody have hints or guidelines to converting
11 drivers to 4.2 VAX drivers?
