Rewrite of 'id' posted to net.sources

I've posted a non-proprietary rewrite of 'id(1)' to net.sources.
It follows the rest of my sources, in that it mimics the behavior
of the Sys V command of the same name, and contains no proprietary
code.  Usual stuff--trouble reports/fixes, questions, please mail
to me.
