C expression parenthesiser

[Build houses, not condos!]

A friend of mine who is no longer on the net claims that he once saw a
program posted to the net that would read in C code and write it back
out with all expressions fully parenthesised according to the rules of
C operator precedence.

Does anyone remember and/or have that program? If so, could I get a copy,
or could the author repost it to net.sources? It would be a useful thing
to have in my wizard's bag of tricks.

Thanks,
