MAP-300 Array Processor & Unix - (nf)

Has anyone connected a CSPI Map-300 array processor to any
sort of Unix system?  Apparently Univ. of Toronto did some
work on that a few years ago.  We have a MAP-300 and an 11/750,
and I am desperately trying to avoid VMS.  All help and pointers
appreciated.
