setting per user ulimit

setting the ulimit in the passwd file might work.

twh:rqF8B0SuK7gAg,6/TA:1605:100:ISO-Tim Hitchcock(405103)WX,ISO605;W-130, NWOC:/usra/iso/twh:ulimit=999999 /bin/sh

Let me know if it does as I am no longer a su.
