Mods to rdump

    I have recently switched mail systems for the third time in a year
and seemed to have lost a valuable message which explained how to change
rdump so that it no longer required you to be root to dump across the
net.  (I seem to recall it required you to be group bin, or some such).
Does anyone have a copy of these mods that they could send me?
