I have been a user of the Multi-Device Queueing System(MDQS) for several
years. I have been very pleased with it and I have incorporated several
enhancements to the copy I have. I am interested in who might also be
running MDQS, and would like to get responses to the following survey

1. What version of MDQS are you running?

2. What machines/operating system versions does your MDQS run on?

3. Do you have MDQS in a network setup? (Inter-machine queueing)
If so, what kind of networks are supported under MDQS?

4. What modifications have you made to MDQS?
If any, can changed source code be made available to create
a single enhanced version? (I am interested in doing this!)

5. What features would you like to see in MDQS?

The results of returned survey will be posted.

FYI: I have run MDQS on both VAX 11/780 and VAX 11/750(currently)
under both 4.1 & 4.2(currently). I also have MDQS running
	under Venix on a Zenith-151(PC-XT).
I have constructed MDQS servers for unixplots, versaplot, versatec,
vcat(versatec CAT emulation), lgcat(QMS-1200 CAT emulation),
and other line printers. Some of the servers are are based
on non-public software, so they cannot be distributed publically.
I have made several modifications to the basic MDQS:
		- added load control for devices
		- fixed daemon to service multiple queues per device equally
		- added shutdown option to qdev(disable after current job)
		- added message to disable/shutdown option of qdev
		- added tty baud options to lpserver
		- added environment variable option to shserver
