Found a nap() timer

Erik Murray posted a request for a nap() timer. I knew that I had seen
one on the net but couldn't find it.

I have now found it, so if anyone is interested, let me know. It implements
the ft device used by curses for short timer requests, down to 1 HZ
resolution.

If there are enough requests I'll post it to the net. It doesn't appear
to be in the archives for any group, but the date on the source is 1981,
so Ghod only knows ...

If you want to uucp it, the file is rpp386!~/nap.shar.Z. I am currently
working on a Xenix port. A suitable L.sys line is:

rpp386 Any ACU 2400 12142506272 in:--in:-BREAK-in: anonuucp

That seems to work just fine.
