SVR3.0 vs. SVR3.2 vs. BSD4.3: info needed.

I have the task of trying to make an intelligent estimate of the amount
time that will be required to port a suite of programs to SVR3.0 and
possibly to SVR3.2 from 4.3BSD.  I have lots of experience with 4.3BSD,
and next to no experience with SV anything.

Ideally, someone will be able to point me to somewhere in the
literature that describes the major differences.

Alternatively, an accurate description of what SVR3.x is will probably
suffice.  I imagine that such a description is the SVID.  Are SVID's
available to the common folk, i.e., published in the popular press?  If
so, who publishes them and/or what is the full title?  If not, are they
available from AT&T at relatively moderate cost, and if so, whom do I
contact?
