I am currently working on implementing System V and BSD system
features on a modified PWB UNIX for a PDP 11/70. Currently our UNIX
employs External Kernel Buffering and Kernel Text Overlays.

The following is a breakdown of the modifications accomplished:

	Inode hashing
	Buffer hashing
	Ioctl processing
Terminal handling (erase word, rubout, ...)
Signal processing (stop/start, blocking, child ...)
	Accounting
	Execve (environment)
	TCP/IP
	Symbolic Links
	Sockets

This modified kernel is currently operational on 15 PDP-11/70's.
If anyone can give me assistance on implementing namei cacheing, it
would be appreciative.
