I was doing an epochdump on my 11/70 (2.8BSD), and got an error message that said "bread: this should not happen" along with some numbers (block 0, etc). What causes such a message? I gather from the message that the dump program is astonished. -- Jeff Percival (jwp at larry.sal.wisc.edu)
