SCO UNIX System V/386 3.2.0 -- Maxstor 767MB (676MB?) disk

Anyone have the drive parameters (e.g. cylinders, heads, sectors, rwc,
etc) to put the 767 MB maxstor disk up on SCO SYSV/386 3.2.0 ... also
any advice about using as much of the drive as possible on this system
would be much appreciated.  Ideally, I'd like to put up an MSDOS area
(partition) as well as my UNIX system.
