I have already placed the source for monitor up for anonymous FTP on
eecs.nwu.edu.  I just put the binary there as well -- look for
pub/monitor.bin.  This was compiled under SCO XENIX 2.3.2.

An earlier posting about monitor could have been interpreted to make
me appear as the author.  This is not true at all.  Monitor was
written by J.C. Tomkin (jct at jct.UUCP).  I am only redistributing his
orignal 286 code and the 386 patch by a 3rd party.  Just wanted to
give credit where credit is due.
