Speaking of osu-cis, I've been having problems connecting to them.

This is the number I have for anonymous UUCP... 1-614 292 5112.

I've been trying for weeks to get in and all I get is NO CARRIER,
where previously I had NEVER had any problems.

Can anyone tell me what might have changed?
